This high-speed, precision flat screen printer is a general-purpose flat screen printer. It can be widely used for a wide range of flat products, including everyday items such as handbags, non-woven fabrics, leather, PVC film, glass, acrylic, and more.
(Note: Soft products cannot be overprinted or overlaid. Hard products can be overprinted with secondary positioning, with an accuracy of ±1mm.)
1. All positions are controlled by Taiwan Yangming electric sensors, ensuring precise positioning and excellent performance.
2. The assembly line table is equipped with a suction device. The assembly line drive is a servo motor with enhanced distance precision.
3. The scraper's vertical movement is seamlessly guided by guide pins, ensuring smooth and light movement, enhancing print quality.
4. The scraper's horizontal movement utilizes dual guide rails driven by a stepper motor, suitable for high-precision printing.
5. The screen frame is guided by guide pins for high precision and smooth movement.
6. The machine measures 2 meters long, 0.9 meters wide, and 1.6 meters high, with a belt width of 600 mm.
7. Screen start and screen set printing can be set to meet customer needs, significantly improving efficiency.
8. The machine can be configured for single or double printing, depending on the workpiece's printing requirements, allowing for fully automatic printing.
9. The entire machine boasts stable performance, controlled by a PLC inverter program system controller.
10. Special vibration damping ensures extremely smooth machine operation.
11. The touchscreen operation panel allows for direct selection of the silk-screen printing function, providing a responsive and user-friendly experience.
12. Two pre-set function programs are available based on customer needs: single-cycle printing and fully automatic printing.
13. Utilizing the latest pneumatic components, the machine delivers smooth, powerful power and durability.
14. Once programmed, the function program is retained in memory.
