matters needing attention
(1) Ensure that the equipment is properly ventilated and operated in a normal environment.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to look directly into the cavity from the inlet or outlet to prevent ultraviolet ray from damaging the human body
(3) For a system with multiple UV lamps, it is not allowed to start multiple UV lamps at the same time, otherwise, the air switch will be overloaded and tripped. It is necessary to start one by one, and the other lamp can be started only after the current of one lamp is stable
(4) Turn off the WV lamp and restart immediately. It is normal that the UV lamp does not light up. It can be turned on again after the UV lamp cools down
(5) In order to prevent abnormal or premature aging of UV lamp, the main switch power supply cannot be cut off immediately after the lamp is turned off. The power supply can only be turned off after the lamp tube cools down
(6) The luminous intensity of UV lamp will decay with the growth of time, so the user should change the lamp according to their actual use (the requirement of changing UV: turn off the main switch power first). Then open the cover door of the upper box, loosen the fastening screw of the power cord of the light box, and pull out the lamp box. To avoid the influence of bare hand operation on the curing effect of UV lamp, clean gloves must be worn before folding and assembling.)
(7) When the fan makes abnormal noise or stops running, do not continue to use the equipment to avoid burning the UV lamp and reflector
8) In case of serious failure of the equipment, the relevant person in charge of the company must be informed in time. It is not allowed to carry out mandatory maintenance or modification subjectively
