This is a flat treadmill screen printing machine, the printing table can run back and forth, and it is convenient to take materials. Imported pneumatic components from Japan and Taiwan, the lateral movement of the pneumatic head is driven by a motor + inverter, and the printing accuracy is good and the response speed is fast. Longitudinal (up/down i.e. tool post lift) movement is also driven by the air source. The printing is stable, the vibration is small, and the multi-color overprinting is accurate. The printing accuracy is: ±0.02MM, and the running speed can reach 800 times per hour. Manual/semi-automatic/full-automatic three modes can be set, and the indirect time of printing action can be digitally controlled. The independently designed head lift device makes the ink scraping/oil return knife, screen loading and unloading and screen cleaning convenient. The whole machine is packaged and maintenance-free.
